These “Seconds quality” enamel pins (and one keychain) are SUPER discounted due to small imperfections! A lot of our Seconds quality pins are closer to what you would see as a B-Grade pin by other pin sellers, but we prefer to bundle them all together as “Seconds” and sell them all at a higher discount.
Most imperfections found on our Seconds pins are barely noticeable and won’t bother most pin collectors. These pins are perfect for every day use (wearing on your bags, jackets, hats, etc.) without sacrificing quality!
We personally choose to not sell pins with major flaws like large areas of missing enamel, unfilled areas, or really big noticeable issues. Our Seconds quality imperfections are typically small scratches, small areas of overflowed enamel, small areas of patchy metal, patchy areas of glitter, closer than desirable posts, or small under-filled areas of enamel.

Prior to shipment, we will inspect thoroughly the items you've ordered. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It is possible that your order is out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since the date you bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a full refund or exchange.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
