Paper products will be shipped in a glassine bag with a single logo sticker. These bags are fully recyclable and are water resistant. This means that if a bit of water gets onto them, the contents should be ok, however, if your envelope or mailer is fully submerged or very wet it may damage the products. PLEASE only choose this option if you are accepting the terms that we cannot be held responsible for any water damage to products.
All enamel pins released after January 2020 do NOT have a plastic sleeve. All pins released earlier have already been packaged, and will come with a sleeve rather than discarding it and sending without.
All washi tape as of July 2020 does NOT come in a plastic sleeve. All washi tape is still wrapped in a plastic wrap with a sticker seal, but they will all come loose in the mailer/box UNLESS it is requested in your notes to seller.

Orders with more than one item are given processing time for each item.

Returns
The stock is dynamic and we do not fully manage it because of the fact that multiple stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any moment. It's possible that the stock may run out after your order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we are not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
For your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
